Hi! I’m Emily and I have a toddler named Dillon. We have been doing hikes since he was 8 months old. We love to check out local trails, revisit our favorites, and explore new ones when on vacation.
Before Dillon was born, I loved to get out and hike with friends, but most of my hiking was geared around landscape photography. I had to hike to a spot to get the shot!
Our blog is a place where people can learn about a park or trail before heading out and hopefully get advice on hiking with a toddler.
We are currently using the Osprey Poco AG, which is no longer available new. I had gone to the REI store in Oakbrook, Illinois, and they helped get me fitted for a carrier with Dillon in it. I highly recommend doing this!
I’m really excited to see where the trail takes us as Dillon gets older!
